The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. Key terms:

• Credits reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
• Cancellation stops future billing but access continues until the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store or payment processor

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic content
• Create violent, threatening, or hate-speech imagery
• Produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Impersonate others or create deepfake imagery of real people
• Circumvent usage limits, share accounts, or abuse the credit system
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these policies without notice.

Your ownership: You retain ownership of the AI-generated images created through the Service using your prompts and inputs. You may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws.

Platform license: By sharing content to the Community Gallery, you grant IdeaRender a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service. You may remove shared content at any time to revoke this license.

Input content: You retain ownership of all photos and text you provide as input. We do not claim ownership of your input content.

No accuracy guarantee: AI-generated visualizations are artistic approximations and should NOT be used as construction documents, engineering specifications, or architectural plans. Always consult licensed professionals for building and renovation projects.

AI limitations: Generated images may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended content. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of generated content for any specific purpose.

Copyright notice: AI-generated outputs may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. You are responsible for verifying the originality of generated content before commercial use.
